Bodies of Taiwan couple found hugging each other

Till death do us part: Bodies of Taiwan couple found hugging each other
As rescuers continue to search for life at a high-rise apartment complex in southern Taiwan toppled by a powerful earthquake on February 6, what they saw moved the crew to tears – they found the corpse of a couple in each other’s’ arms.
The rescuers found the man wrapping his arms around the woman, hoping to protect her from falling debris as the roof collapsed. The man had hugged his girlfriend so tightly that it took enormous efforts for rescuers to separate the two bodies.
The dead couple has been identified as Cai Meng and Huang Ruoxin, both college students from Kun Shan University.
Taiwan authorities said the death toll from the collapsed building damaged in the weekend earthquake has risen to 62, with 62 people still missing and presumed trapped under the rubble of the collapsed residential building till Thursday afternoon. Rescuers say the chances of finding more survivors are now slim.
